Emergency Resilience is responsible for maintaining and protecting the Personal Information under our control. We have designated an individual or individuals who are responsible for compliance with our privacy policy.

10. CAPCE Privacy Statement

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the user understands that Emergency Resilience, as a requirement of CAPCE accreditation, will submit a record of my course completion to the CAPCE AMS. The user further understands the their course completion records may be accessed by, or shared with, such regulators as state EMS officers,  training officers, and NREMT on a password-protected need-to-know basis. In addition, all users understand that they may review their record of CAPCE accredited course completions by contacting CAPCE directly.
